Maplewood Senior Living and Omega Healthcare Investors (NYSE: OHI) are bringing the luxury-focused Inspir brand to the Washington, D.C. market.
The two companies announced the acquisition of The Fairfax Embassy Row, a hotel in the city’s Dupont Circle neighborhood, with plans to turn it into a community dubbed Inspir Embassy Row. The eight-story community is slated to have 174 private apartments for assisted living and memory care residents along with upscale amenities and services.
