Priority Life Care boosts executive team

In a slew of promotions, Fort Wayne, Indiana-based Priority Life Care announced the promotions of Mark Starks to senior vice president of operations, along with David Kloster to vice president of operations and Marisa Williams to senior director of sales and marketing.

Starks has over 15 years of nursing and clinical trainer experience, and also worked as a charge nurse, a pediatric trach and vent care specialist and home health case worker.

Kloster brings nearly two decades of senior living experience to his new role and started as a dining director before working as an executive director, ops specialist and vice president of culinary.

Williams worked her way up in less than a year from marketing assistant to sales director in less than a year after joining in late 2021 as a regional director of managing sales.

Monarch Communities names sales director

Monarch Coopers Corner, a community managed by Monarch Communities in New Rochelle, New York, recently named Jackie Mazurowski as director of sales at the community that’s set to open in early 2023.

She previously served as executive director at Artis Senior Living in Yorktown Heights, New York, and brings over 22 years of senior living sales experience to the role.

Commonwealth Senior Living builds recruitment, HR teams

Charlottesville, VA.-based Commonwealth Senior Living announced Marybeth Showalter rejoined the company as vice president of associate learning, development and retention while Amber Turner rejoined the team as vice president of human resources and Amanda Greene has joined as director of candidate experience.

The trio will help the company deliver on its employee value proposition and position itself for future growth within the eastern U.S.

Showalter previously served as a regional human resources professional. Turner was most recently VP of Talent Optimization at Navion Senior Living. Turner also previously served as Regional Director of HR & Training for Commonwealth Senior Living. Greene will immediately add a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists for the Commonwealth, the company said in a news release regarding the personnel changes.

Willow Ridge Senior Living adds operations VP

Albany, New York-based Willow Ridge Senior Living recently announced Brandi Kerber as the company’s latest vice president of operations. She will oversee daily operations within each of Willow Ridge’s five communities.

She has spent the last two decades in various leadership roles with a special focus on resident care and regulatory compliance. 

IntegraCare adds nursing leader as operations officer

The Residence at Fitz Farm, a newly-built IntegraCare community in York, Pennsylvania, recently welcomed Brandi Rendler as executive operations officer.

The 130-unit community offers 130 apartments of IL, personal care and memory care on a 16.5-acre campus.

In her executive role, Rendler said she feels uniquely qualified to help residents given her past experience as a nurse. She has spent her entire adult life helping others through roles as an administrator and a licensed practical nurse (LPN).
