Masonic Homes Kentucky Names New CEO

Masonic Homes Kentucky has announced that J Scott Judy is its new CEO, while Todd Lacy was promoted to president.

Judy first joined Masonic in 2005 as the senior vice president of development. Before that, he was director of development for Kosair Charities, and executive vice president of Health Kentucky. He has also served as chairman on the board of directors for LeadingAge Kentucky.

Lacy, who joined the Masonic in 2007, has more than 20 years of healthcare finance experience. He previously directed the accounting and financial functions for E.P.I. Healthcare Corp.

Inspir Appoints GM, Chief Experience and Memory Care Officer

Inspir Carnegie Hill, a high-rise developed by Maplewood Senior Living and slated to open later this year in Manhattan’s Upper East Side neighborhood, has named Doron Kathein as general manager and Eleonora C. Tornatore-Mikesh as its chief experience and memory care officer.

Kathein will oversee all aspects of operations, while Tornatore-Mikesh is responsible for the oversight of the community’s all-inclusive memory care program.

Kathein has experience in hospitality management and operations, with a career managing boutique hotels in New York City, Beverly Hills and Eilat, Israel, before he entered the senior living industry. Tornatore-Mikesh, meanwhile, was the CEO of the Alzheimer’s Association Connecticut Chapter.

WesleyLife Hires Health Care Exec for WellSpire

WesleyLife has hired Jay Willsher to work as regional executive director for WellSpire, an organization WesleyLife is forming in partnership with Genesis Health System, a health system in Davenport, Iowa.

In his new role, Willsher will aid WesleyLife’s growth and development. Later this year in July, WellSpire will assume management of three existing Genesis Health System campuses and develop a new senior living community in the Bettendorf, Iowa, area.

Willsher previously worked as CEO of Luther Park Community in Des Moines.

Solutions Advisors Group Announces Three New Senior Staffers

Solutions Advisors Group has appointed Jessica Fogg as senior vice president of consulting and Michele Lindsey as vice president of team engagement and values. Th company also named Wendy Dorn as managing director of wellness for Solvere Living.

Fogg will lead the company in assessing and coaching all aspects of sales and strategic marketing. She most recently worked as vice president of sales and marketing at Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey. Fogg was also previously a vice president of Solutions Advisors.

Lindsey is in charge of SAG’s strategic human resource planning, promoting the company’s values and culture and overseeing human resource management initiatives. She previously worked as regional director and human resources director at Brookdale’s home health and hospice division.

As managing director of wellness for Solvere, Dorn will help implement wellness standards and initiatives as well as support training, ensure compliance and best practices for the company’s senior living communities. Dorn was most recently a registered nurse case manager and clinical director at Grace Healthcare Services.

Sherpa Promotes Soares to CEO

Sherpa, a customer relationship management (CRM) software platform, has promoted Pedro Soares to the role of CEO, effective April 15.

Co-founder and current CEO David Smith will become the company’s chairman. In that capacity, Smith will continue to play an active role in the company’s strategy and help promote its Prospect Centered Selling methodology.

Soares first joined Sherpa in 2018 as chief strategy officer, having previously grown businesses and brands at companies such as Anheuser-Busch and Turnberry.

Massachusetts Community Welcomes Executive Director

Jessica Colangelo has joined Benchmark as an executive director for Crescent Point at Niantic, the company’s assisted living community in Niantic, Connecticut.

Colangelo previously worked as an administrator for Autumn Lake Healthcare in Cromwell. She replaces Shaun Mastroianni, who was promoted to lead Benchmark’s Capitol Ridge at Providence community in Providence, Rhode Island.

LCB Names Sales and Marketing Director, Executive Director

LCB Senior Living has made two staff appointments in the Northeast.

The senior living operator appointed Rebecca Sears as sales and marketing director of The Residence at South Windsor Farms, a community in South Windsor, Connecticut.

In her new role, Sears will help find a good fit at the community for seniors and their loved ones. She previously worked as director of marketing at the Hebrew Center for Health & Rehabilitation.

LCB also named Nancy Lorden as the new executive director of The Residence at Pearl Street, a senior living community in Reading, Massachusetts.

Lorden previously worked at Sandpiper Healthcare, where she was regional director of operations. She also serves on the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Nursing Home Administrators.
