Allegro Senior Living hires two at Florida community
Allegro Senior Living recently named two new executives for Allegro Fort Lauderdale.
Peter Cowley will serve as the community’s executive director and Robin Evitts will serve as lead senior living advisor at the community.
The two hires comes as Allegro expands its presence in Florida with its 12th community in the Sunshine State.
Cowley comes from a hospitality and senior living background. IN the last decade, he’s worked in senior living communities in Nevada, California and Florida. Evitts returned to South Florida to work in senior living.
Allegro Fort Lauderdale offers 188 units across a 280,000 square-foot campus that offers a range of outdoor dining and entertainment options along with a salon, spa, theater and fitness/wellness center.
Ultimate Care Assisted Living Management names chief operating officer
Ultimate Care Assisted Living Management recently announced the appointment of AMy Silva-Magalhas to the post of chief operating officer (COO).
Ultimate Care Assisted Living Management manages 26 communities and manages the Bristal Assisted Living brand.
Silva-Magalhaes previously worked as senior vice president of community operations for Maplewood Senior Living. In addition to her tenure in senior living, her career has included years in hospitality management at Hilton and Marriott hotels.
Bristal Assisted Living operates 24 communities in the eastern U.S.
EmpowerMe Wellness brings on executives
St. Louis, Missouri-based EmpowerMe Wellness, a health care provider named Kenneth Hannah as chief operating officer (COO) and Carrie Ward as chief people officer (CPO).
Hannah brings more than three decades of experience to the role and recently served as CFO at Caleres.
Ward previously served as chief human resources officer at GardaWorld and chief operating officer for major brands. She will lead the company’s human resources and recruitment efforts.
