Kendal names new director of comms., public relations
The Newark, Delaware-based Kendal Corporation announced Jessica Buhler as corporate director of communications and public relations.
She brings over two decades of career experience in communications and marketing management. She previously worked as the director of marketing, sales and public relations for Kendal at Lexington, an affiliate of Kendal in Virginia.
Anthem Memory Care appoints community relations director
Oswego, Oregon-based Anthem Memory Care announced Laura Lopez was recently named as community relations director for The Hampton, a community in Tumwater, Washington.
Lopez previously was a hospice liaison for Bristol Hospice Thurston in Lacey, WA. She was also marketing director and admissions coordinator for Roo-Lan Health and Rehab in Olympia, WA. She brings over 5 years of healthcare marketing experience to this position.
Enso Village adds to resident experience team
Enso Village, a Kendal affiliate, recently announced Erin Partridge as head of inspirement. The position will serve a crucial role on the resident experience team, the community said in a news release.
She will focus on coordinating research programs and relationships with external education and research institutions, including the internship and fellowship programs, in order to further develop the resident programming.
AG Architecture announces senior associates
Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based AG Architecture announced the addition of Hailey Schwobe and Justin Koeppler as senior associates.
Schwobe is serving as project manager on the renovation of Eastcastle Place, a senior living community on a historic property. She’s also managing the construction of The Woodlands at Canterfield, an AL and CM community in West Dundee, Illinois.
Koeppler held design leadership roles and managed the firm’s client relationships and helped establish a repeatable multifamily housing product.
The Springs Living names regional director
McMinnville, Oregon-based The Springs Living named Meaghan Walkup as regional director of operations.
She will be responsible for developing regional and local business strategies, evaluating and implementing policies and procedures, and providing support for executive directors at select senior living communities in Oregon.
Walkup has led The Springs at Anna Maria in Medford, Oregon, as executive director for 12 years. Before becoming executive director, she served in a variety of positions at the community.
Erickson Senior Living community announces ED
Catonsville, Maryland-based Erickson Senior Living announced Don Grove has been promoted to executive director of Charlestown, a CCRC in Catonsville.
Grove joined Charlestown in 2007 as director of sales and marketing, a position he held for 14 years. In 2021, he transitioned to associate executive director and interim executive director.
