MorningStar, Edgemark Plan Colorado Community

MorningStar Senior Living and co-developer Edgemark Development are planning to open a new senior living community in Centennial, Colorado.

The community, MorningStar Senior Living at Holly Park, is slated to have 160 independent living, assisted living and memory units. Planned amenities include an indoor saline pool, fitness and therapy rooms, a rooftop terrace, private courtyard, garage parking and four dining venues.
