2Life Communities to start on Opus project ahead of schedule

Brighton, Massachusetts-based 2Life Communities will break ground next month on its middle market community Opus Newton, almost a year ahead of schedule.

The community, first announced in 2021 in Newton, Massachusetts, is a middle market senior living community for adults 62 and up featuring 174 units with eight floor plans. A 2Life representative told Senior Housing News earlier this week the community has fewer than 20 apartments remaining to be sold and is expected to be 90% presold by the end of February.
