Bayview Closes $13M Financing for California Community

Bayview PACE announced it closed on $13 million in innovative Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) for the financing of an existing senior living community in Georgia.

The community – called Varenita of Simi Valley – is a 102-unit assisted living and memory care community in Simi Valley, California. The Sponsor is Griffin Living, a privately-owned, California-based development firm.

Blueprint’s Georgia Sale

Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors announced the sale of three senior living community in Georgia.

The communities total 156 units and are located in secondary markets throughout the peach state. Blueprint advised the seller to move forward with a regionally-based owner/operator that is in expansion mode across the Southeast U.S.

Blueprint Assists in California Sale

Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors announced the sale of a senior living community in Carpinteria, California.

The community – called GranVida Senior Living is a 70-unit, 77-bed assisted living and memory care community in the Santa Barbara area of California. After a formal process, Blake Parsons, owner of RBP Communities was chosen as the buyer

Sonata Senior Living Expands to Windermere

Sonata Senior Living announced it will be adding a new location to its portfolio with an addition in Florida, as its rapid growth pace continues.

The community – previously known as Azpira of Windermere, is a 118-unit assisted living and memory care community that will be rebranded as Sonata Windermere later this year. For Sonata, the community is the 13th to be added in the last 30 days.
