JACKSON, Ky. — Strawberry Fields REIT has acquired a skilled nursing facility located in Jackson, a small city of fewer than 3,000 residents approximately 90 miles southeast of Lexington.

Upon purchase, the facility was added to the Landmark master lease. A&M Healthcare Investments, which operates facilities primarily under the Landmark brand, has been a Strawberry Fields tenant since 2017.
