Brinkmann Constructors Breaks Ground on Three Seniors Housing Communities

LITTLETON, Colo., and FAIRFAX and RICHMOND, Va. — Brinkmann Constructors broke ground on three seniors housing projects in the month of August.

The company started construction an additional residential building in the Wind Crest Senior Living community in Littleton. The seven-story, 195,000-square-foot building will include 94 units and an underground parking garage. 

Having worked on Wind Crest projects since 2012, this will be the 12th building Brinkmann has built on the campus. Completion of the new facility is slated for June 2025. 

Brinkmann also broke ground on its 24th project for Erickson Senior Living. The 251,000-square-foot residential building is the fourth of six buildings included in Phase I of the new Woodleigh Chase Senior Living campus in Fairfax. 

Located on the outskirts of the Washington, D.C., metro area, the five-story facility will include 122 units and a two-story parking garage. The project is slated for completion in May 2025. 

Lastly, Brinkmann broke ground on a 177,500-square-foot residential building on the Avery Point Senior Living campus in Richmond. The five-story facility is the community’s seventh building and will include 101 units. Additional amenities will include a life enrichment center, full-service bar, restaurant and arts and crafts room. Completion of the new residential building is slated for May 2025.
