REDDING, Conn. — Benchmark Senior Living has started construction of a new assisted living neighborhood at Meadow Ridge, a continuing care retirement community in Redding, approximately 40 miles northeast of New York City.
With an anticipated opening date of early 2022, the new assisted living neighborhood will feature 20 one- and two-bedroom apartments capable of serving up to 28 residents. In addition, it will offer a restaurant-style dining room, recreation room, living area, card room and parlor, library and two secure outdoor patios. It will occupy two floors in the community’s Spruce building.
Residents will also have access to the other amenities on Meadow Ridge’s 136-acre campus.
