Technology provider PalCare names chief revenue officer

PalCare, a nurse call and resident safety technology, announced Lauren Wilson has been appointed as its chief revenue officer.

In her role, Wilson will “lead strategic growth, market expansion and partner success” for the company, a press release states.

She brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience to the position. She also serves on the board of the Alzheimer’s Association in the Northwest, the NIC Academy and co-chairs the NIC Growth Conference Planning Committee, according to the release.

Transforming Age welcomes SVP of market rate communities

Transforming Age announced Mark Erickson has joined its team as senior vice president of market rate communities.

In his role, Erickson will “oversee operations for the organization’s market rate communities and lead initiatives to enhance resident experiences, team performance and operational excellence,” a press release states.

Erickson has held a variety of roles through the senior living industry, including chief operating officer at Erickson Senior Living, managing director and chief operating officer for Fortress Investment Group’s Starcastle Senior Living in Shanghai, China and CEO and executive director of Summit Vista in Utah, the release states. 

Maplewood culinary director returns

Maplewood Senior Living has welcomed Jason Wallin back as its corporate director of culinary services.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jason back,” Eileen Duggan, senior vice president of operations at Maplewood Senior Living, said in a press release. “His passion for culinary innovation, deep understanding of the senior living space and unwavering commitment to excellence align perfectly with our mission to deliver exceptional experiences to every resident, every day.”

Walling brings over 20 years of experience to the position, including his previous work with Maplewood when he supported the launch of Maplewood’s Brewster, Massachusetts, community and serving as senior culinary director for its Cape Cod communities, the release states.

New life enrichment director joins Enso Village

Enso Village, a life plan community in California, announced Katie Hensley has joined its team as a life enrichment director.

Hensley brings over 14 years of experience to the position, with a career in “designing and managing programs tailored to meet the diverse physical, intellectual, social and spiritual needs of older adults” across all levels of senior living, a press release states.

“Katie’s  skill set and creativity perfectly align with Enso Village’s commitment to mindful aging, building community and creating joyful experiences,” David Smart, executive director of Enso Village, said in the release. 

Hermitage Roanoke appoints executive director

Hermitage Roanoke, a senior living community in Roanoke, has appointed Michael Davis as its executive director.

In his role, Davis is responsible for the daily operations of the community.

Davis brings “extensive experience” in long-term care to the position with “a proven track record of driving innovation to improve resident outcomes,” according to a press release.
