Park Senior Villas Chandler to expand further
The Park Senior Villas Chandler community that opened in Chandler, Arizona in 2020 is set to break ground on an expansion that will add three new buildings to the campus, according to a news release.
Each new villa will include 10 bedrooms and options for single or double occupancy residences, allowing for up to 48 new residents.
The expansion will start construction next week and plans to open in the summer of 2026. The new villas will include 6,500 square-feet of space with large living rooms, dining areas and studies.

Dogwood Estates to celebrate $1M renovation plan
Dogwood Estates, a Sky Active Living senior living property, will hold a grand opening for a $1 million renovation plan at the community, according to a news release.
The renovation improved over 100,000 square-feet across the community’s 3.5-acre campus with updates to the dining room, activity room, bistro, game room, chapel and library. All areas were updated and redesigned with modern finishes, new flooring, lighting and furniture.
The project was completed in partnership with Brandpoint Service, Saddle Rock Consulting and CTC Design Studios. The community includes 118 apartment homes.
Dogwood Estates is a Sky Active Living community as part of Provincial Senior Living, a sub-brand of communities for Discovery Senior Living.
Massanutten Resort starts on 55+ community
Massanutten Resort celebrated the groundbreaking and construction start of a new active adult community, according to a news release.
Construction has begun on a new permanent sales center, set to open in tbe spring of 2026. The community includes amenities of golf courses, scenic trails, pickleball courts, concerts, wellness classes and community events.

The Village at Gainesville adds electronic trolley
The Village at Gainesville senior living community recently unveiled a new custom electric trolley built by Moto Electric Vehicles and designed by SageAge, according to a news release.
The project was led by the community’s Green Committee, which played an important role in bringing the trolley from a plan to reality.
The electric trolley includes an oversized ramp to allow for ease of boarding and is climate controlled.
The main goal of the project is to improve the mobility and connection across the community and the trolley is linked to each neighborhood, the release states.
