Blueprint advises sale of two Philadelphia communities
Blueprint worked with a national investor in order to “maximize the value” of two Class A assisted living and memory care communities within the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
The communities were opened in 2016 and 2020 and have more than 200 assisted living and memory care units.
The communities were purchased by a joint venture between Persimmon Ventures and Capital Senior Ventures.
SLIB facilitates sale of California community
Senior Living Investment Brokerage facilitated the sale of a 55 unit assisted living and memory care community in Menifee, California on Oct. 19.
The community was built in 2010.
This is the seller’s only senior housing asset, and it was self-managed. The buyer was a California-based group looking to expand its portfolio in southern California.

Pacific Retirement Services welcomes Haverland Carter Lifestyle Group
Pacific Retirement Services became the sole corporate member of Haverland Carter Lifestyle Group on Oct. 1.
Through the affiliation, PRS will assume management of Haverland Carter Lifestyle Group’s five subsidiaries consisting of two life plan communities, two assisted living communities and one memory care community.
Following the affiliation, PRS now consists of 60 organizations and over 7,000 residents.
