Heritage Communities strengthens leadership team

Heritage Communities announced several changes to its leadership team between new hires and promotions.

Among the changes are Donna Aman’s promotion to vice president of marketing; Tina Cunningham’s promotion to vice president of sales; hiring Stacey Follon as vice president of human resources; naming John Buckley as chief healthcare officer; and naming Easton Rutherford as vice president of healthcare leadership.

The updates “reflect Heritage Communities’ long-term vision: a growing organization supported by strong, aligned leadership teams who are committed to serving residents and supporting the people who care for them,” according to a press release.

Rogerson Communities hires COO

Rogerson Communities has hired Michael Quirk as its new chief operating officer, effective Dec. 1.

Quirk will be “charged with unifying and strengthening Rogerson’s operations as it moves toward its goal of achieving operational excellence,” according to a press release.

He brings more than 15 years of experience to the position, and most recently served as vice president of housing operations at Integritus Healthcare in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

EverTrue names COO

EverTrue, a nonprofit senior living operator, has named Russ Mast as its chief operating officer, effective Dec. 17.

Mast brings more than 20 years of experience to the position, and will lead the organization in its next chapter of growth.

Charter names VP of marketing

Charter Senior Living has appointed Katie Pitts as its vice president of marketing.

In her role, Pitts will lead the company’s brand positioning, digital strategy and community marketing programs, according to a press release.

She brings more than 20 years of experience to the position with a career spanning agency, consulting and provider roles, the release states.

Lenbrook welcomes VP of human resources

Lenbrook, a community in Atlanta, has welcomed Paola Moncivais as its vice president of human resources.

In her role, Moncivais will oversee strategy development and execution of people plans and initiatives and lead the human resources team, a press release states.

Moncivais brings more than 20 years of experience to the position. Most recently, she led enterprise-level HR strategy at a global corrugated paper manufacturer, the release states. She also spent over 10 years working at The Coca-Cola Company, where she held several senior global leadership roles.

Health Dimensions Group promotes regional director

Health Dimensions Group promoted Josh Bray to regional director of operations.

In his new role, Bray is responsible for managing and mentoring executive directors, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing and executing budgets and implementing company-wide strategies, according to a press release.

Bray joined the company in 2023 as the executive director of Dimensions Living Appleton in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Greencroft Goshen appoints community VP

Greencroft Goshen announced Kim Harden has joined the organization as community vice president.

In her new role, Harden will “oversee all aspects of community operations, focusing on enhancing the resident experience, supporting staff and driving continued growth and engagement,” according to a press release.

Harden previously held leadership roles at The Outlook at Windhaven, Parkway Village and as a marketing and sales advisor for senior living communities nationwide, according to the release.

Kendal affiliate Humboldt Commons hires first full-time employee

Humboldt Commons, a Kendal Corporation affiliate, has hired Kyle Salamon as lead marketing and sales partner, the community’s first full-time employee.

In his role, Salamon will lead the sales and marketing efforts for the community, including coordinating marketing events, managing customer relationship systems and “serving as a trusted resource to guide prospective residents through the entire journey,” according to a press release.

Salamon brings “extensive experience” to the position with a background including “sales territory management for a major international company, operations leadership in a family-owned business and experience as a licensed insurance agent and wholesale account executive in mortgage sales,” the release states.

Anthem names community relations director

Anthem Memory Care has appointed Opal Perez as the community relations director of Willowbrook Place in Littleton, Colorado.

In the role, Perez will be responsible for community outreach and marketing, a press release states.

She brings more than six years of experience to the position. Previously, she worked as the sales director for Woodlake Legacy Senior Living in Lakewood, Colorado. She also served as community liaison director for Woodlake Senior Living, the release states.

Jaybird welcomes HR manager

Jaybird Senior Living has welcomed Enjonay Morris as its human resources manager.

Morris brings more than 20 years of experience across multiple industries, including hospitality, healthcare and other service-driven industries to the position, according to a press release.

“Enjonay is a people-first leader whose experience and authenticity align perfectly with our culture,” Kayle Neegaard, vice president of people and culture, said in the release. “Her arrival strengthens our HR foundation and supports the growth of our team.”

The Carnegie at Washingtonian Center appoints general manager

The Carnegie at Washingtonian Center, a Kisco Signature Community, has appointed Jypsy Bailey as its new general manager.

In his new role, Bailey will “oversee all aspects of community operations, from hospitality and member engagement to associate development and strategic initiatives,” a press release states.

Bailey brings “extensive experience leading high-performing teams and elevating guest experiences” to the position, and he has held leadership positions across the hospitality and service industries.
