BARTOW, Fla. — Innovation Senior Living has acquired Savannah Court of Bartow, a middle-market seniors housing community in Bartow, located between Tampa and Orlando.
This the fifth property under Innovation’s ownership and management. The purchase is part of the company’s three-year plan to add 12 to15 properties to its portfolio. The buyer plans to rename the community The Club at Bartow.
“Savannah Court of Bartow, now The Club at Bartow, is an excellent community that is stable, well-run, and centrally located in the state of Florida,” says Pilar Carvajal, CEO and founder of Innovation Senior Living. “These elements make it a perfect addition to our communities as we continue to grow and serve residents in need of a quality, middle-income option.”
Although the number of units was not disclosed, The Club at Bartow can accommodate up to 45 residents.
