Luxury community planned in California
Greenbridge Investment Partners in partnership with design firm KTGY have unveiled a new luxury community in South Pasadena, California, according to a news release.
The Raymond will be a 287 unit luxury community inspired by the historic Raymond Hotel, aiming to transport residents and visitors “back in time through historic design inspiration.”
The senior living community will bring luxury hospitality that the hotel was previously known for, along with amenities including a speakeasy-inspired gathering space behind a hidden entrance and a resort-style pool deck, fine dining, rooftop terrace, along with a fitness and wellness center. The three-building plan will provide independent living, assisted living and memory care residences.
Integrated outdoor terraces will pull residents into green spaces planted with citrus trees honoring the orange groves that once covered the site and much of Pasadena.
Designed in a Mediterranean Spanish Revival style, KTGY draws from local landmarks like The Langham Huntington and Castle Green, relying on towered corners, striking archways and detailed rafters along with European-inspired finishes such as smooth stucco, custom windows, authentic clay barrel tile roofing and Portuguese Azulejo tile.
